Weeds Season 1

‘Weeds’ was premiered on August 8, 2005. The first season of the series had ten episodes in it. In the pilot episode of the series, we are told that Nancy has lost her husband and now she will have to become the breadwinner of the family and must maintain the upper middle class living standard of the family. In the first episode of the series we are told that Nancy, in order to support her two sons and also maintain the living standard of the family, takes up selling marijuana in the neighborhood. On the other hand, Celia finds out that her husband is having an affair while she was trying to spy on her fifteen year old daughter who intended to have sex with Nancy’s son Silas.

In the next episode, one of Nancy’s friends suggests her to start a cover business in order to solve her financial problems. On the other hand, Silas comes to know that Quinn’s mother has sent her to Mexico, so that she cannot see Silas any more.[read more...]
